Next time you're at EPCOT make sure you stop by China and buy these things. Seriously. They work like a charm for hand cramps and/or stress. They're quite cheap, too.

A must-have for endless homework/note taking...

Haha that's so funny! My boyfriend just went to karate camp, which is obviously very chinese oriented. When he came home, he gave me these and his mother told me it was to de-stress me from all my AP classes. =]

But I concur, truly a real life saver. I keep them in my purse and even break them out DURING lectures in class at times! Good investment!

We Chinese called it Baoding Balls, Proper use of the Chinese exercise balls will improve your health by stimulating various acupuncture points on your hand improving the circulation and blood flow. Continuous use will exercise the fingers and palm strengthening the muscles and joints. And when you use it, one ball creates a high tone chime and the other ball creates a low tone chime. The high and low tones produce a harmonious relaxing melody. You can have a try.
