Am i the only one that think that china is cheating a little bit in the gymnastics part of the olympics. Last night Nastia Lukin and He Kixen tied but He got the gold medel and Natsia got silver. Then i was reading Yahoo and an austrillian judge was watching a different rouatine and thats wen the tie thing came up. and is anyone thinking that the china gymnists people look 12 and not 16. the rule is u have to be 16 or turning 16 in the olympic year. what are your thoughts on this. GO USA!!!!!!!

china cheats a lot

that one chick is like 12
and every time usa and china ties they give china the gold bcause there inside the hometown. Go USA

Alicia Sacramone deserved the bronze on vault. The girl from China fell on her knees. Not right.

Ok I dont want to sound mean but seriously this issues has been over talked. I mean people have been talking about it since January when some reporter wrote He Kexin was on 14. But it was kinda controversial because it said on it Valeri Liukins won the UB bar gold 20 years ago but he won HB gold. So it was just kind of a eye riser. I can PM you the article if you would like. But then it got a little bit more interesting when info came out saying He had competed in the Inter City games last December and you must be 15 or younger to compete in and He was listed as being born on January 1, 1994. Which is 2 years to young to compete in the Olympics. Then Steve Penny and the New York Times both talked to the FIG about this and China immediately sent a copy of Hes passport saying she was 16. Then to make this more interesting USA gymnastics was able to get on the Chinese National team website which was blocked. In it said He was born on January 1, 1994. Then soon after this news came out that Jiang may be only 15 and not born in 1992. Apparenrly the Chinese National team had Jiang listed to have been born in 1993 before 2006. Then eyes started to be rasied about Yang because she still has baby teeth and missing teeth. Its reported Yang could be as young as 12. But we will most likely never know as the Birth certificate system is relitivaly new to the Chinese goverment and the only record we have come from the Provinces and from what I've been told the Chinese goverment does not trust the provinces. It want to see a website that has talked this issue to its grave give me a PM I'm a member there...

Yes she did and all but A-Sac had a lower start value since Cheng was performing an Amanar compared to A-Sac was performing a DTY. Which a Amanar has a .5 higher start value than a DTY.

The reason He got the gold was because her execution score was higher than Nastias. Nastia came in with the higher start value but she made more errors than He did so that is why He go t gold and Nastia got silver. So there was no cheating going on there.

Two of the Chinese girls have two passports and two birth certificates

Since the U.S. and China and other big countries have participants in gymnastics, they have to take judges from small countries like Chile, etc. The smaller countries don't have the best of judges and probably give some amount of bias towards the home country. It was probably the same in Salt Lake City in 2002 where there was sure to be some bias towards the U.S.A.

according to yahoo.com the IOC ( International Olympic commitee) is investagating he Kixen who won the gold medal in the tie between Natisa Lukin. according to a website from the chinese goverment he is 14 not 16. if you have any other information please tell me.

The IOC said they were gonna put the matter to rest because they had no proof of underagement (spelling)
