chime in on my dining choices

going in September to WDW for the first time ever and taking my 20 year old son. California Grill the first nite, Biergarten the second nite and Ohana for breakfast before we check out. What do you think? Is this a good dining plan for a newbie (who couldn't get in to Le Cellier)?
