Chilly treats at WDW?

What's a good chilly treat to get in the parks? Also, what's a good way to cool off in the middle of the day?

Traveling with DH and DD5. Looking forward to WDW. NOT looking forward to the heat.

Dole Whip Floats!!!!!!!! From Adventureland in the MK. Then you can cool off at the tikki area across from Aladdin.

I love the MK frozen treat triumverate:

1. Dole Whip from Aloha Isle in Adventureland. It is pineapple soft serve. You can get it plain, swirled with vanilla or chocolate, and in a float with pineapple juice.

2. Citrus Swirl from Sunshine Tree Terrace near Magic Carpets. It is orange swirled with vanilla soft serve.

3. Strawberry Swirl from Enchanted Grove near the Mad Tea Party.

You also have the classic Mickey Ice Cream bar. It can be found in carts all over the place.

Really, to stay cool we bring in frozen water bottles from our room's refrig.

My fav. is the Dole Whip Float!! I love pineapple!!
My sons, 6 & 4 loved the slushies from Goofys Candy at DTD. They still have the cups 2 yrs later & want to go back this year for more.
I am looking forward to trying Kaki-Gori(sp?) in the Japan pavilion this year also.

Mmmm.....some of my fave chilly treats are:

frozen mocha frappachino's at the bookstore in MGM (near the NY area)
Frozen mickey bars from the cart
Dole Whips (with extra sprinkles)
