Childs name listed twice in MDE

My friend and I are planning a trip. She made the room rez which has my dd's name on it. I had a MDE account already with her listed, and so she appeared twice when we linked our accounts. I bought our park tickets and assigned them to her, and made FP selections, and then I got to thinking that her magic band is likely tied to her name on the resort rez my friend made instead of the ticket I purchased. I reassigned the ticket to her name that it says my friend is managing and added her to the FPs. Should I delete her original name off my MDE account to avoid confusion? Is it ok that I assigned her ticket to her name that my friend is managing? And, is this correct thinking - that the MB will be linked to her name on the resort reservation?

We had a similar experience.. I called the MDE contact number and spoke to IT department. After quite awhile on hold they resolved the issue : ) hope this helps

Call and have the profiles of your child merged together.

I've been on the phone at the number listed for about 15 minutes speaking to a great IT person who is getting everything squared away (merging accounts and making sure everything is 100% correct). Thanks!
