Is it still ok for an adult to order off the children's menu? I did this quite a bit during our last trip because I just can't finish an adult portion. It also helps with the budget. Our last trip was 2 years ago and I was wondering if the policy has changed. I'm not talking about buffets, but counter service, and full service restaurants in the parks and at the resorts.

Absolutely... I did it this past October and had no problems!!!

I'm sure ordering a kids meal from counter service isn't a problem, but at a sit down restaurant? Unless you really love PBJ or mac & cheese I doubt you'd be thrilled with the offerings.

I think anyplace that isn't a buffet it is okay - I have only done this at counter service restaurants though so I can't swear to it. Also - I find myself eating off the child's part of the buffets a lot too - PBJ & macaroni and cheese work great for me. Although I have to say the Prime rib and parmesan mashed potatoes at Chef Mickey's are to die for :D

Counter Service Restaurants don't usually mind but It is my understanding that some of the sit down restaurants will not allow an adult to order off the children's menu.
