Children's meals at Alfredos

My sister and I would like to try Alfredos but I don't think my niece and nephew, twins, age 8 and usually decent eaters are going to like what is on the kids menu. They are used to penne ala vodka or gnocchi or fettuccini alfredo. Will Alfredos give them kids portions or are we better off getting the fettuccini alfredo as mine and sis's appetizer then two adult dinners and sharing with the kids then paying for the kids to have drinks and desserts if they wish? Thanks for any info!

Here's the kids' menu from allears. If they don't like it, I would definitely ask for a half size pasta or just order an appetizer or they could share a grown up meal.

We ate there the first night. The kids are picky eaters and I ordered plain pasta noodles with butter and they liked it. I ordered the ceasar salad which was large and the appetizer sized fettaccni alfredo. It was plenty for me.

DS8 gets an appetizer portion of fettucini alfredo every time we go & it's perfect. He is a big eater but I have to admit he also eats his fair share of bread & blue slushies but I think it is a good portion size.

If you see something else that looks apealing it can't hurt to ask about a kids portion. They have always been very accommodating.
