Children's clubs-reservations?

Hi. my 5 year old daughter and I are going to disneyworld in november of this year. thinking of letting her go to children's club like neverland club. how do i go about reserving a spot for her, also do i have to put down a credit card deposit to hold her place? thanks.

You just call 407 wdisney, then talk to Dining, they will ask you for a credit card to hold the reservation.
I believe that the prices went up to $10 per hour...
