Children's Activity Centers

Hi I was wondering if the age limit for the centers were set in stone. When we leave for our trip our son will be just shy of 4 years old. Will they still turn him away? Are there any exceptions, or are we just out of luck?

Children must be 4 or older to use the childcare centers (no exceptions)... it has to do with licensing procedures in FL.
