Children's Activity Center Sandcastle Club Reservations

i am trying to make reservations for four children Sunday evening of marathon weekend for the Sand Castle club. In the past, I haven't had any problems making a reservation for the kids clubs. There are no available slots for Saturday and Sunday. I even had them try for one child with no luck. We wanted to do an adults dinner at Flying Fish to celebrate friends finishing(hopefully) the Dopey Challenge. Anyone else experienced these issues?

I could be wrong, but my gut is that they aren't even available for reservations yet. We've never been marathon weekend but have been for other races and have never had an issue making a reservation a few days out. I'd confirm with the hotel or customer service, but my guess is it shows "full" because its not even bookable yet

I agree with this. I've had the same experience in booking Sandcastle in the past. You may want to call on a weekly basis to see if it opens up. When you call, you may also want to check availability at the other clubs just to get a sense if it's full or just not bookable. If it turns out to actually be full, you could consider Camp Dolphin as an alternative as it's also in the EP resort area and very close to FF.
