Children's Activities

My daughter will be 10 when we go on our cruise this fall. Does she have to go to the children's activities for her age group or can she go to activities offered to 9 year olds? After reviewing the navigators posted at castawayclub.com, I think she'd be more interested in the activities offered to 9 year olds than those offered to 10 year olds.

Any advice?

She may be able to bump herself down, but only the one level. And once she's bumped herself down, I don't believe she'd be allowed to bump herself back up. Just ask the CM's when you board.
