Children Activity Centers with younger kids

We would like to use Lilo's Playhouse for our next trip. LO's will be 3.5-4 and 7. I know the 7 year old will be fine. I am concerned about my younger one though, when it gets late. Lilo's stays open pretty late and although we can certainly pick them up early, I'd like to take advantage of being able to leave them there until 10:30 or so. Does anyone know how they deal with the younger kids or tired ones when it gets late? Do kids fall asleep while waiting for parents?
