"Kids night out" is the Disney babysitting service? Is that right?

We're staying at WL later this spring and our youngest daughter will be just 2 weeks shy of her 4th birthday... I hate to ask this (but you know where I'm going...) how strict are the clubs with the age requirement?

Strict. And they'll already know your child's age, since they require you to give it for your reservation.

You also have to sign paperwork. It's a terrible legal liability for you and WDW.

Thanks for answering. As a lawyer, I wasn't aware that liability changes between the ages of 3 yrs, 50 weeks and 4 years, 0 weeks. We all know that it's an arbitrary number, probably based on state childcare regulations and practical reasons. Furthermore, the ages given at reservation are only the ages at reservation, and dates of birth are not required unless you also arrange air fare through Disney but we try to abide by the letter of the "law", if not the spirit, eh?
