Does anybody use these to pay for childcare?
I know some of you are childminders, do you accept them - can I have your POV too?

DH starts a new job on Monday and his company run their salary sacrifice scheme through Accor, it is the electronic voucher scheme.

I understand the financial benefits, thats clear, but there are a few finer points about the scheme I was wondering about.

DD2.5 is starting pre-school after half term :cutie: two mornings a week for about £100 a month.

DD5 does adhoc mornings during holidays at the local tennis club. These cost about £17 for the morning.

Both are Ofstead registered and my pre-school will accept an electronic transfer but I suspect (although I don't know yet) the Tennis club only accept the paper vouchers.

These are my questions....

Can I convert any balance in my Accor account to paper vouchers?

I think we will use the vouchers for around three years and if after that time we have accumilated a balance, I assume it's okay to leave it just for holiday clubs which might not be used till the following year?

Do I set-up the payment to my pre-school leader's account or does she apply for it from my account?

If there isn't enough in my Accor account (as she bills every half term) can I top her up with cash/chq?

If you have any pros/cons that you think might be of interest to me, please let me know.

Thanks for taking the time to read, I look forward to your views.

Any pound saved is a pound to spend at WDW! :thumbsup2

Just a bump for you Joanne :) We have these vouchers for Nursery but they get paid direct.

I have accepted them in the past....I used to get given a paper voucher to sign and return and then the money was paid directly in to my bank :thumbsup2 i was occasionally topped up by the parent by cash /chq if it was needed

I never had any problems at all with the system :)

One of my parents pay me via accor direct. though the pper ones are easy to use too

Thanks for all the info - DH started his new job today, so I guess more info will come my way later too.

:thumbsup2
