Childcare discontinued at BoardWalk Resort

Interesting development in the May Member Clubhouse:

"The Harbor Club childcare center at Disney's BoardWalk Resort is closed until further notice. Childcare operations in this area have been consolidated with the Sandcastle Club at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts to provide the best experience for Guests 4-12. The Sandcastle Club is available daily from 4:30 pm to Midnight. Charges apply."

Did this close due to not enough demand or was it simply economies of scale???

Yes, there was a previous announcement about the closing. It may have been that both Y&B and BWV childcare were running short so they just decided to combine them at Y&B.
