A child who is under 3 does not need a park ticket? She will be 26 months at time of travel. Thanks!

That is correct. No park ticket needed.

In addition to not needing a ticket, she would not need a Fastpass for any attraction that she meets the height requirement.

Also, at any buffet or all-you-can-eat meal she will get her own plate and beverage at no charge.

At any menu-service or quick service there is no charge for plate-sharing, but if you order something specifically for her you will have to pay for the item.
