child swap whilst on an attraction

We are travelling as a family of 2 couples, Me and DH, My DBrother, DSiL and there 6 year old DD. DD is not tall enough to ride on some attractions and therefore we were wondering will it be possible to queue as a group, one couple do the ride, whilst the other look after DD, Then do a child swap for the other couple to do the ride. We really don't want to be having to queue up twice for the same attraction, if it can be helped if the queues are rather long. Thanks

I really don't know if they will let you do this as two couples Does anyone have any experience of doing this?
