Child swap procedure in TDR?

Anyone know what the procedure is to for the child swap option at TDR?

I think at WDW they allow the entire party to wait in line together and they swap at the loading area. Is it the same at TDR? Any info would be appreciated, thanks so much!

We did child switch at Journey to the Center of the Earth at DisneySea and were given a paper pass at the entrance for the waiting party to use later. That's the only ride we did it at, so I'm not sure if the other rides are the same procedure.

Thanks for the reply! We don't have a party that we can split up, so maybe they will allow us to all wait in line together, switch off at the loading area, and then the second party can use the paper pass? Has anyone done that?
