Child sized ponchos and fan/misters that won't tangle in hair?

Where have you had the best luck finding both of these items? And did they stand up to use enough that you would recommend those brands? I did a search and read about a mister/fan that some purchased at Wal-Mart, but that was a while ago - and some older posts loved those but some said they weren't as sturdy as the ones from WDW. We're planning a trip in Sept - and we're normally Nov/Dec/Jan people - so we're trying to prepare for heat and rain!

*For child sized, I need two for kids 40/45lbs, 44"/49". And then two XS adult or large child for myself and my 11 year old. In the past, we've cut up regular adult ones to fit us, but I was wondering what else was out there these days.

I bought both at Walgreens, the ponchos lasted about a year, and I've had the squeeze breeze for about 5 years now, and it still works great!
