No. The only time childen have to have ID is if you do not buy them a ticket and they sit on your lap. But that is for under 2.

This question comes up here at least once a week. All you need to do to get the answer is to check either the tsa.gov website or your airline's website.

You do need a passport for a child for an international flight.
