Child harness?

My mom just got the BEST harnesses ever for my twin dds20mos from Walmart. One is a little stuffed monkey backpack and the other is a little dog; the tails are the "leash." They absolutely LOVE them and wear them around the house all the time. I didn't plan to use a harness for my ds4 because he won't run off, but when he saw the girls' he got jealous and insisted on wearing one!

I think they are only $10. I highly recommend them!

I have to say that I have the little monkey one and my dd(1) would wear it to bed if I let her. She loves the little thing, we ended up taking the tail(leash) off and putting it in the backpack and she wears it constantly, everywhere, all the time. Its awsome. I wouldnt let her walk around DL without it, shes a runner, and she loved it.I got the monkey one at walmart, I believe that they also sell it online.

I think harnesses are great, they are so much better than dragging your child by the arm, that must get so uncomfortable for them! I will admit I had a negative opinion of them when I had my daughter, but when the boys came along I changed my tune!

We have the teddy bear backpacks and they boys love them and we mostly got positive remarks, everyone thought they were cute! Even though my sons will be 4 in Jan, I think we are still going to bring them in Feb when we go to Disney. They still aren't very good about staying with us, plus they are kind of short to comfortably walk holding hands, for both of us.
