Hello,

I was wondering if there are any child care programs at any one of the Universal Studio's Hotel's for a 3 year old. And also how much does it cost? Has anyone used them? Are they good? Thanks!

I believe the programs they have start a 4 years old. I am not sure if they have anything for younger then 4.

The kids programs at the hotels are for ages 4-14. We just used Campo Portofino and it was $10/hour for first child and $8/hour for each additional child. They are very strict about the age limit (at least at the lower end). There was a thread a while back about a Mom of a 4-year-old who had just turned 4 and they had a terrible experience. I made sure that the caretaker she mentioned was NOT there when we went. Dawn was in charge when we went and she was very nice and my kids all liked her.

For kids younger than 4 you would have to use one of the baby-sitting services like Fairy Godmothers or Kids Nite Out. I think the hotel can hook you up with one. I personally had a bad experience with Fairy Godmothers a few years ago, but if you look on the Disney family board you will see that most people like them.
