I love hummus! Could eat it all the time, esp. in the summer!!!!
I make mine just like Amapola does but I do add garlic. I usually buy the jar of minced stuff and toss some in. Again, like Amapola, no measuring ... just throw in as I go. Also, if we're grilling, I'll roast some red peppers and then throw them into the food processor to mix w/the hummus. Mmmmmmm!!!!
