I bought a Chicco Stroller the end of March/beginning of April last year. It is the Capri stroller and is very lightweight. I love it for Disney because it is so compact for the buses.
We were at WDW a week ago and the foot strap broke off. We were so disappointed that this stroller only last just over a year. I called Chicco to find out what the warranty is and was told 1 year. So I said, "Oh, I'm just over the year. Thank you." The lady told me the strap should not have broken and that if I was just over a year, I could email her photos of the stroller and an approximate date of when I purchased it. They would review it and consider replacing it.
I got an email today saying they are shipping me a new stroller.
