Hello everyone!

I'm so not ready for the cold. We all have colds here and pretty much feel miserable. We have 1/2 day here & then tomorrow off for parent/teacher conferences.

So...am I the only one trying to figure out about the High School Musical - The Concert?

I found out it's coming to the Allstate Arena Jan. 19. No tickets available yet (they are supposed to go on sale Nov. 4).

Becky2005 I haven't heard about that musical Alex would just flip. He loves that cd We have both versions on tivo (words to the songs and reg version) I'll have to check that out.

Hi all-

As of posting the blessing pic, what I do is click it to "favorite" on my Microsoft Explorer, then I put it as a pic file on My Pictures, then I post it on Photobucket, then I put it from Photobucket to my siggie. It's a process and takes awhile, but works for me Hopefully I can find an easier way next time.

it is spitting snow here now.
i am not the snow bunny some of you are.
when the kids grew up, no more outdoor snow activities for me.
i suffered thru snow for years to play in it with them.
when they became teens, they started to hate the snow also.

maybe it was because i tried to teach them what a shovel is and how it is used on the drive way???

Leigh...Happy Belated Birthday! Mark & I are going to the ice skating show at the new Sears Centre tonight. I am really looking forward to seeing it...it is the Ice Wars show...USA vs the World. It should be televised at a later date, but I'm excited we have the oppty to see it LIVE.

I won't be there, I'll still be at work. But have fun! (And Michelle's mom, too! Hi Michelle! Glad you're back! )

Get this...we just got an e-mail saying that we get the week of Christmas off of work as additional holiday days!!!!! That is soooo awesome! It's like being back in school again! So we work on Dec. 22, and then we don't have to work again until Jan. 2!!! Yay!!!!

OK I'll give it a couple more tries while I wait for the putty to dry. Filling holes in the wall so I can paint this last blasted room and get some carpet ordered and in (I hope) before the holidays. I did try all things told except Rosemarie yours seems complicated. Maybe when DH gets home. I still haven't figured out how to get my trip pix from photobucket over to here.

OK I've tried it again, but now I think I've interrupted my ticker. Not that that matters. Who really wants to be reminded that their wonderful vacation has been over for 3 weeks now!!!
ADDED: nope didn't work.

YEAHHHHHHHH!!!!!! It finally worked. Thanks SLO!!! I couldn't use the right click on the mouse. I had to go up to Edit and then add to siggie. Then highlight it and use the envelope to bring up the picture. I'm so excited by myself.

Lite FM (93.9) started playing their holiday music this afternoon!! I was driving and at noon I heard the announcement and heard the first song - "Jingle Bell Rock". I was absolutely shocked! I haven't even taken down my Halloween decorations yet

i know now what i was doing wrong.

i did that yellow envelope thing and clicked on stuff.

on the macs, all you do is highlight the link, click on copy then paste and the pic is there. all 1-2-3 easy i found out.

there are no "properties " on the mac. i think that was what i was doing wrong, clicking on anything to try to get something up .....


boy, i am exhausted now....

tiggern..........you stil didn't show up for that coffee but you are excused now...

Macraven and Tiggerrn- glad your siggies are up!! Sorry I couldn't help with hte computer stuff. I have some kind of PC, not a Mac tho.

Mac Glad you were able to figure it out. I know it's exhausing and just a little maddening when the computer won't do what you want them to do.

Alex has school work saved on a memory stick and I can't get that little bugger to open up. I wonder if he "saved" his work if he didn't maybe that's why I can't get it to open. My other thought is I'm just dumb. No that can't be it.
