We had Grilled cheese and veggies. Tomorrow chicken soup in the crock pot (PSSSS Donna) Marie Callendar has it all in a bag minus water. :teeth:

I can't do the mag mile thingy I'm booked. It's a tough life being popular :smokin:

No dinner for me. I work both jobs and have 30 mins in between so there's no time :guilty:

I can't go to the Mag Mile parade either. I work that day. But the day before, I'm off and I'm taking my Mom and MIL to see the Radio City Show!
8.gif

Their birthdays are both the week of Thanksgiving so it's my birthday present to them :goodvibes

DH wasn't home tonight for dinner so the kids and I had mac -n- cheese! Woohoooooooo....we're livin' large here!!! :rotfl2:

That's all the kids wanted anyway. Which was fine by me!! ::yes::

I have literally been on the phone ALL DAY, since 6am this morning when I made my 1st call to WDW to see if general public codes for Jan were released....and they weren't. So I'll be up early again tomorrow to try, tomorrow IS the day!!

Hersey You're starting to sound like Marsha Brady!!! :rotfl:

jedi Sorry you didn't get any dinner. :(

It's very nice of you to treat your Mom & MIL to the Radio City Rockettes!!
Our service unit for Girl Scouts has an event planned for there in a couple weeks, but our girls were not interested in seeing the Rockettes.
I hope you have a GREAT time!!! :cool1:

Good evening all.
Halloween was fun. T/T was chilly. DD refused to wear her coat (would ruin the look of the Belle dress, don't you know?) Well, 1 hour into T/T, guess who was too cold? :rotfl2: Why won't they just listen to us? So we finished in the subdivision down our street and went to the house to get coats and mittens and headed to Grandmas. And wouldn't you know it, out DD gets from the van and won't put her coat back on to T/T by Gs house either. She had warmed up in the van and was good to go. WHATEVER!!!! We only did a couple houses there and then went to my sisters for pizza.
Slo, parties went well. I ran between the two rooms. Wish I'd brought my rollerblades. DD room had noone but me to help, so I spent most of the time there. DS had 3 other parents, so they did OK. Played Hot Pumpkin and Bingo and kids had a great time with 7-UP as always. Then we danced to the ChaCha song and kids wanted to do Electric Slide.
Thanks for the blessing. Have to figure out how to add it to my siggie. I never could get the pumpkin in, and he was so cute!!!
Well, goodnight all. Talk to you tomorrow.
Jedi-great photo. Looks like you had fun.
Big Ben-loved the pix and trip report. The tutu was tootoo funny!!!! You looked a little pink at the beach. Did you get burned? Hope not too bad. Makes me want to do a cruise. Always afraid my very busy DS will go overboard. :rotfl:

bunchkin, what's wrong with mac and cheese??

we love it here.

how do i post the blessings in my siggie?
i received it but don't know how to put it in my thing.

the disney codes came out a couple of days ago for the disney visa holders.
it is opened to the general public on the 2nd.

So....how much candy do all of you with trick--or-treating children have in your house? I have the most candy ever in the history of me having children  I have 7/8 of a paper grocery bag full of candy. Not only is this candy going to my work this year, but it's going to the fire dept. We just don't eat that much candy :sad2:

Last night was my first training class. It was alright  . The all day one on Saturday is going to be LONG, but I"m sure I will learn alot :)

Debbie - My 3 year old (Katie) also asked yesterday when we could trick-or-treat again :teeth:

bigben - Hi there!!! :wave2:

SamIAm - The Mag Mile thing is alot of fun. You should go, it makes for a nice day :)

Bunchkin - I thought you have been to the parade before. I think you and your family would really enjoy all of it. I still haven't decided about us yet, but that day I don't have a real estate class, so that helps me move towards going :teeth:

Jedi - awesome pictures!!!!! :cool1:

eeyore - Your welcome!!! :goodvibes

macraven & HERSEY - I sent you PM's on how to put the blessing in your siggie. If you need help, please PM me back :)

Tiggerrnn - Stephanie didn't wear her coat either, but I always carry two paper grocery bags while T/T. 1 is to dump the candy buckets into so they don't get to heavy for the girls. The other is to carry misc items like coats, and etc.
**I sent you a PM too on how to do the blessing.

Well everyone, I gotta go get ready for work. Have a good day and talk to you all later!!!

HERSEY. Tomorrow chicken soup in the crock pot (PSSSS Donna) Marie Callendar has it all in a bag minus water. :teeth: [/QUOTE said:
Hey, I'm all over that! :thumbsup2 But, is it mmm.mmmm...good???

Happy Thursday, Chicago! :goodvibes

Sandy, thank you for thinking of me! I was so excited that I actually got it to *work*! Wow!!! Thank you for asking about Christopher..he's doing great...just starting to get a bit anxious about "what's next" after graduation (coming up next May, hard to believe!) Glad to hear that your training class wasn't too bad for you.

Bunchkin...I thought you had been down to the Mag Mile Lights Fest before?? Mark & I have gone quite a few times. It can get VERY, VERY crowded...HUGE...crowds...for the parade. Then the huge mass of humanity moves towards the river for the fireworks. I am a bit disappointed that they are not doing Disney stage shows this year, though. That has always been a highlight for me (I know I'm such a Disney nerd!) We usually stay overnight in the city, but this time we may just go down for the day and take the train home, not certain yet. We have been there when it's been way below zero and been there when it's been 70 degrees out (really!), so prepare for any temps weather-wise!

Leigh...Happy Belated Birthday! Mark & I are going to the ice skating show at the new Sears Centre tonight. I am really looking forward to seeing it...it is the Ice Wars show...USA vs the World. It should be televised at a later date, but I'm excited we have the oppty to see it LIVE.

Everyone going to WICKED this weekend...I hope you all have a GREAT time!!! :cool1:

Hello to everyone else, and especially any lurkers! Have a good day today!

Hello & Good Morning Everyone!! :sunny: :cool1:

Up again before the sun this morning to call WDW!
I wasn't able to get a discount package code on the Wilderness Lodge like I wanted too. :( I will keep checking back though!!!
But I did get one at the Ft. Wilderness cabins with the free park hopping, water parks and more, and added on dining too. :cool1: Tony is excited as he has been wanting to go to the cabins forever!! And NO other MK resorts were available at all! Bummer!!! And we do want to be close to MK, so we picked the FW cabins. I also called FW and reserved a golf cart for our stay!!! That should be a ton of fun!!!! Beep beep...move it!! :moped:

slo Glad to hear training went well!
Good idea passing the candy on to others!! :thumbsup2
I hope you and the family will make it out for the Fest. of Lights!! :teeth:
Keep me informed!! :thumbsup2
No we've never been to the parade before. But I have mentioned that friends of ours have gone every year. I'm excited to go even though the stage show won't be all Disney. It is the American Girl theatre singers, and we love AG so that's fine with us! :teeth:

Hersey You are Marsha because you were talking about how busy you are because you are popular!!! That is soooo totally Marsha Brady!!
Remember the episode when Jan can't stand how popular Marsha is? She yells "Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!!!!". :rotfl: :rotfl2:
;)

Donna Have fun at the skating show!!! :cool1:
See my answer to slo about the Fest of Lights!! ( Since you asked the same question! ) :teeth: :thumbsup2

I almost forgot to tell you guys........
This morning I was checking my bank account and Disney had charged me the wrong amount for my ressie. :confused3
I called to see what was going on. The original CM I booked with quoted me the wrong price!!! :furious: Can you believe that?? It was over a $100 difference.
They couldn't figure out what she quoted me! :sad2:
Sometimes I wonder about that place!!!

AND Southwest just came out with $59 fares to Orlando. I scooped these up last night too!! $272 r/t for both of us!!! :cool1: Kinda makes me wish the whole family was going because we NEVER get that good a fare!!! :teeth:

Got to run, too much to do today!!!

Have a great day everyone!!

OK tried again with your advice, Sandy. Now I just get a red x in a box. So now what. Anyone. Hersey I see you got yours to work. When you're done with Macs how about driving all the way to Crete and fix mine too. :rotfl: I'll fix lunch!!!

Morning everyone :wave2:

Hope you all are doing well!

I just IMed with my mom and she is going ot this tonite too! have fun!!!

Nothing exciting going on here, Just got home from the grocery store and the kids are watching a movie, so i have a few minutes to myself :teeth:

Hi all-
Too cold out! :cold:
At school on Halloween, I stayed to help out at Chrissy's classroom party, after the costume parade at school. DH was able to get out of work an hour early, so he took the kids to Woodfield mall to trick or treat. Came home with lots of candy from Woodfield. :thumbsup2

As of posting the blessing pic, what I do is click it to "favorite" on my Microsoft Explorer, then I put it as a pic file on My Pictures, then I post it on Photobucket, then I put it from Photobucket to my siggie. It's a process and takes awhile, but works for me :) Hopefully I can find an easier way next time.

Slo- Thanks for the Winnie the Pooh blessings pic :goodvibes and I stole your Mickey and Minnie Thanksgving pic
Glad your training class went well yest.

Thinking about the Holiday of Lights Festival, but dd, ds, and dh don't do well being outside all day in the cold. Chrissy gets colds very easily. Maybe see it on tv. If it was mostly inside, I'd probably go to it :teeth:

Hi to everyone :wave2:

Have a good day!
