Chi running DVD:

I'm waiting for a training buddy of mine, who is trying to locate his copy of the Chi Running DVD.

Once I get it and watch it, I'd be willing to mail it to the next WISHER who wants to view it. The one condition is, when you're done with it, you have to mail it to the next person, and keep it going. Think of it as a traveling library.

I'll post once I get it.

Traveling dvd library is on it's way (Kinda like flat Stanley).

Who would have thought I'd be so busy...having a wonderful first week and now into my second week of retirement just getting into the feel of it. Of course there is playing as much as I can while the weather is my friend.

I'm waiting on the addy for AmyBeth and it will be sent right out.

Ugh on the quest to view it. I put it in computer #1, no luck not DVD able, tried computer #2 same thing. Asked DS if I could use his and he had his reformatted and does not have the program loaded on his. So upstairs I go to put it in DVD player in our bedroom. Nope, we discovered player is busted. Finally main TV was freed up and I did get to watch it.

I am intrigued by the concept. I'd love to see how this translates to the Chi walking technique too now.

Now I'm off to try what I've learned. I am a visual learner and will benefit from this and can supplement with the book now.

Ummmm...oops....total LTO mode right now. Kids are back to school tomorrow and I plan to take a moment to sit and watch the DVD then pass it along to Kristi.
