Yay! Have booked our first onsite visit to the Cheyenne :yay: (£60 cheaper than the Santa Fe to my surprise:thumbsup2 ). Now I know it's not quite the DLH, but we gotta start somewhere and I am working up to the Pink Palace - one day  And I have heard good comments about the Cheyenne from you folks on here, so I am very excited about it! :goodvibes

Quick question-we are going with my parents and my sis and family. I booked our 3 rooms through the website, but it would be kinda nice if our rooms are fairly near each other - how can I go about requesting this? Who should I phone and where can I find the relevant number?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

We have the phone numbers for each onsite hotel on the booking and contact information in the Very Useful Information sticky here :) -

The easiest way to request rooms together/interconnecting rooms/rooms in the same block/corridor etc, is to phone the Cheyenne about 2 weeks before your arrival date. By that time, your individual booking details will be with the hotel itself, and the CM you speak to on the phone will be able to note your request on your actual booking, at your hotel.

Before you call, think about what exactly you would like to request, and then just ask the CM.

you'll love it, i'd go back myself as i think the theming is great for kids!

Our first 2 stays were to the Cheyenne, we all loved it.

After staying at The PremiereClasse at Bussy, you wont know what to do with all the space you'll have in a Cheyenne room :rotfl2: ( Quite a large hanging area! Your hubby wont have to look for it this time:lmao: )

As already said, it may be best to think if there is any type of rooms you would prefer. Would you like to be close to the restaurant for breakfast? Some of the blocks are quite near to the bar, and at night if there is music on, it can be heard. We could hear, but it didn't bother us, we were at Disney:cool1: Some blocks are a little further away, so a couple of minutes further away from the parks, but not that much.

When we have wanted to request adjoining rooms, when we have phoned the hotels direct, the CMs have been very helpful (and spoke ok English)

Enjoy your trip:wave2:

Thanks for the advice-as we my niece is only 3 I think we will need to be away from the noise, me I can sleep anywhere anytime when I am tired :rotfl: .

Got to say it looks great, think the kids are going to love the theming. As well as my 3yo niece and my DDs, my 7yo nephew is coming too, he will really appreciate it I am sure!!

Any other tips or hints gratefully received :goodvibes
