Cherohala Skyway or Blue Ridge parkway

Has anyone driven this skyway with a motorhome? It is route 143 wes in North Carolina and route 165 in Tennessee. We are trying to figure out which route to take without falling off a cliff ha ha. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I recently rode both on a motorcycle. My third time and I think a motorhome will be fine. I think the Cherohala is better for that than the Blue Ridge. It has more open turns with guard rails and more gradual incline and declines. But the Blue Ridge is much longer better scenery according to some. They do go in different directions. So it really depends on which way you want to go and how long you want to drive.
