Jordan: After Marina fell unconscious he looked up into the sky and let out a shaky breath. He wished he had never fallen asleep. Then Marina wouldn't have gotten hurt. In some ways he wished that Marina hadn't saved him. "I love you" he whispered looking down at her.

Jordan: He wrapped an arm around her and held her close to him. He looked over at the tree and for the first time noticed it had been cut. It hadn't just fallen. Someone did this to Marina. He felt fury burn inside of him.

Percy: "Anybody? Girl dying over here!" He yelled, trying to get somebody to help him.

Marilyn: Marilyn became cold, shivering. In her mind, thoughts ran through, a replay of her falling through the ice, over and over.

Jordan: He nodded and slowly lowered Marina to the ground. He didn't want to leave her there but figured it would do more harm than good to take her with him, and he didn't think he could carry her with his pain. He stood wincing at every movement. "what happened!?" he said seeing Marilyn.

Marina: before he put her down, she kissed his lips. She didn't think that she liked him like that, but she was really confused. And she didn't care anymore. She poked her stomach. It hurt badly. She felt like her guts were squished. She hated this. Marina believed that a few of her ribs were broken.

Marina: concerned when she heard the scream, she twisted around. She shouldn't have. She quietly cried out in pain and laid back down on the ground, her heavy breathing shaky.

Alex: He walked to Marina. "Hey. I can help. I promise. I've got some meds back where I camped out." He said honestly and truthfully.
