Jordan: he listened to her and nodded "okay. I-I'm sorry."
Dawn: "Why are you apologizing?"
Jordan: he listened to her and nodded "okay. I-I'm sorry."
Dawn: "Why are you apologizing?"
Jordan: "oh, I just thought maybe you meant I'm not doing something right."
Dawn: "No, all I'm saying is... don't get your hopes up for him."
Jordan: he frowned "oh."
Dawn: "I'm sorry Jordan, but it's the truth."
Jordan: "o-okay."
Caroline: "Jordan, honey? Are you okay after yesterday?"
Jordan: "I guess so. Um, can I meet him today?"
Caroline: she nodded "yes."
Jordan: "thank you." he wanted to be happy for her, but couldn't be until he met him. He hugged Dawn. "You really don't think he's ever going to get better?"
Dawn: "Not a lot, no."
Jordan: "well, w-what about me? I know it's not the same but do you think I have a chance at getting better?"
Dawn: "Your disorder is much less severe, honey. I think you'll be able to control it once you get used to it, but it probably won't go away altogether."
Jordan: "okay," he felt sad that Marcus wouldn't get better. He kind of knew it, but it was hard to hear.
Dawn: She hugged him tighter. "He's been through too much, Jordan. You know that. He has a wife and a family now, a chance to be at least a little bit happy. We just need to love and support him until the end."
Jordan: "o-okay." he wished he would have met him earlier, before he had to go through everything he did. "I will."
Dawn: She walked into the room and sat next to Marcus. She stroked his hair. "Just look at him, Jordan." He was sleeping pretty peacefully, not aware that anyone was around him. "Not a care in the world, right now."
Jordan: he walked with her and nodded "it's nice." Karen: she sat on the bed next to Marcus and lay down next to him.
Dawn: She sighed. "Poor guy. He looks so innocent."
Marcus: He continued sleeping. He didn't realize he had been moved or that there were people around him.
Dawn: "We should wrap his arm."
Jordan: "okay." He went and got bandages and gently wrapped his arm. "I guess the J is for me."
Dawn: she frowned. "Yeah."
Jordan: he frowned too. It made him uncomfortable that Marcus had hurt himself and it related to him.
Dawn: "I'm sure it was just because he felt bad for yelling." She stroked his hair again.
Marcus: He shuddered with pleasure, a small smile on his face.
Dawn: She smiled. "He likes when I stroke his hair."
