Chef's table, Kitchen view?

Which Disney restaurants offer seating like a chef's table or a bar where we can view the chef's at work? My DD13 has expressed alot of interest in culinary arts and I think she would enjoy this during our July 06 trip.If anyone can give me a list of restaurants that offer this or can describe their experience with this that would be great. Any kind of food, any price, we are treating ourselves to one nice dinner while there. Thank you.

If memory serves me, California Grill had an open kitchen as did one of the restaurants at the Boardwalk (Flying Fish perhaps). Can't think of any others at the moment, but will post again if I think of any.

I think Wolfgang Puck's at DTD has the kind of thing you're looking for.

I tried booking the chefs table for in November and was too late. You have to book 6 months in advance. I would be intested in reading someones experiance also.

V & A at the Grand Flordian has a private chefs table that can be booked 180 days out. Also I believe Jiko has this where you can sit at the bar and watch them cook .

The Chef's view at Jiko is a "limited" one. You sit where they prepare the flatbreads and other appetizers. The main kitchen isn't in view.
