We're going from Sept. 20th to 25th (short trip) and want to book the above for around 11 am. Is there a chance we'd be able to get this? Has anyone had this menu and did you enjoy it? We've never been and have heard it's very hard to get into but I was hoping that for an early lunch it would be easier. What are your thoughts?

As for the Chefs Favorite I don't know, me and DW just can't pass up the muchroom filet. The time you are going is probably going to be during free dining so make sure you make your ADR as early as possible on the 180 day mark. I guess we have been lucky every DDP trip now 5 trips we were able to book Le Cellier, 2 for lunch and 3 for dinner, we tried for all 5 for dinner but didn't pass it up when only lunch was available. We usually book Le Cellier for what ever day we can get it and work all other ADR's around that.

Yes, you can get the Chef's Favorite menu if it is still available in September. There's no way to predict if it will still be on the menu then, but it has been on the menu now for at least a year. If you want a Le Cellier reservation for any time, book it as soon as you possibly can (preferably right when your 180 day window opens if you are sure you really want it)

I had the Chef's Favorite last week. I did the beer cheese soup ( HUGE portion, good soup, but not OMG incredible) Salmon two ways ( tender and well cooked, DH even liked it and he doesn't like Salmon. My favorite there has to be the side of mac and cheese OMG delish, creamy and good. Somehow we ended up too full for dessert ( SINFUL!), although the maple creme brule looked good when the folks at the next table ordered it!

Sounds wonderful. As soon as our 180 days come around, I plan on booking all of our ADR's. I had planned on the 23rd for Le Cellier but I'll take any day and work our park days around it. I'd really love to try it. Thanks for the responses.
