I hope so. My husband & I are going with our DD 2 1/2. However, we have never been before. I will be interested to see what others think.

DS was probably about 7 or 8 the last time we ate @ Chef's De France and he proclaimed their cheeseburger to be the BEST he had ever eaten. This is a good place for kids.

The restaurant is a nice size but not overwhelming. Try to get a table neat the window. Kids love to watch the jugglers and entertainment. Our kids loved the mac and cheese!

No kids here, but I think it would be a great restaurant for kids. The service is very fast so there wouldn't be a lot of "down time" from the parks. I agree that sitting near a window is great, because there are periodically entertainers outside (I remember acrobats and a guy who makes balloon animals) and even just the people-watching is a blast!

The macaroni-and-cheese is to die for!

Our oldest was three the last time we ate at Les Chef deFrance and she really liked it. They also loved the desserts.

We had a different experience w/ our DS (almost 6). We were at WDW a few weeks ago. My DH and I both love Chef de France and have eaten there alone on many past trips. However, our DS is a picky eater. He did not like anything on the children's menu and the waiter refused to make any modifications. As a result, all he ate was the rolls. We ended up getting him dinner elsewhere later.

In contrast, a few nights earlier we took him to dinner at Marrakesh (not sure of the spelling). Once again, he did not care for anything on the children's menu. The waiter asked what he would like. I said a plain grilled chicken breast and veggies would be fine. Sure enough, he was served a plain grilled chicken breast and veggies. My DS loved his dinner!! We were charged the children's meal price. As an extra bonus, the belly dancer came over to our table and danced w/ our DS!!

"The French Menu" at lunch will fill you up for the day, and it includes the best French Onion Soup we have ever eaten, plus an overstuffed ham and cheese sandwich, and a salad and dessert (creme breule - probably spelled wrong, but delicious). Fantastic meal, you won't be disappointed.
