Thinking of going here in April. Anyone been? Any other suggestions?

We went a couple of weeks ago for dinner, first time there. We all enjoyed this meal, dessert was especially great. Added bonus if you can see remy.
Inwould recommend it

:thumbsup2. Chefs is one of our faves! I fact we have a dinner ADR for arrival day in March. DH loves the creme brûlée.

Huge fan of the Remy interaction. I still have it taped on my cell phone , which I show people all the time. Not a big fan of the food , or the service at this restaurant though. Just my $.02

We had lunch here last month and all loved it. I had the chicken entree which was very good. (A bit salty, though.) And the creme brulee was amazing. My kids ate really well there, too. It was one of our favorite meals. Service was great, also!

My family always tries to go to Les Chefs on our trips. We plan to have lunch or the first dinner seating so we can see Remy. My favorites are the onion soup, braised short ribs, and the profiteroles! They have a prix fixe menu, so it's a great way to get an appetizer on the DDP.

I posted some pictures from my last trip on the Food Picture thread:

Note on Remy: he only appears Monday through Saturday at 12:30 pm, 1:40 pm, 2:50 pm, and 5:20 pm (so no Sunday appearances). He is an audioanamatronic figure, so he does experience "technical difficulties" from time to time and doesn't come out or has to cut a rounds short. He only makes one round of the restaurant, so if you're not at your table when he comes by, he doesn't come back.

 Our ADR is for Sunday.

Wonderful restaurant! We only ate there once, but booked it again for our upcoming trip! I had the Salmon, daughters had the pasta dishes. Everyone loved it. Our waiter was super, and we did get to see Remy, which was a very nice surprise. We got to sit in the atrium area, so it was nice to get to relax in the airconditioning watching all the activity just outside the windows. I would definitely recommend it! Enjoy, Jane

We love it hear. Last trip we went twice. Some of the wait staff can be a bit dry, but some are absolutely wonderful. I have found the beef tenderloin and the braised short ribs to be the best. It is hard for me to choose between the two.
