Does anyone have the recipe for the lobster soup at chef de france.

DH can not stop talking about how great their soup was. I have search and haven't found anything. It would be an amazing surprise to to find it and make it for him since we are pregnant and not able to travel for a bit.

Not sure if this is the recipe, it said that this was from Coral Reef at Epcot


Creamy Lobster Soup

4 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
1 TB paprika
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups lobster stock
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup lobster or chicken base
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 cup lobster meat (diced)
1 TB brandy
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 pinch chervil or parsley (dried)
