Chefs de France or Tutto?

Help! I am trying to accommodate a party of 9! Our Tutto ADR would be 4:30 and Chefs would be 5:30 (which works better). My MIL LOVES Italian food and wine, my dad LOVES French food and wine but in general, everyone likes everything. I will have 7 adults, 2 kids (4 yo and 1.5 yo). The Chefs menu looks like there is way more selection than the Tutto menu. I think they are the same price wise. We are not on the dining plan. Any recommendations??!! THANKS!
