Which would people recommend we try? I have been to Chefs, but forever ago. We (especially me) love French food, and I would like to eat at one of them during our February trip but can't decide which one. I realize there is a cost difference, but that isn't factoring into my opinion. Our kids would like the menu at both places just based off of looking at the offerings. They are not typical kid eaters.

ASAP opinions very much appreciated :) as I'm within my 180 day window and am trying to book today.

ETA- if you have a better recommendation, I'm open to hearing that too! We have eaten at the Mexican TS, and being from CA, that is not one we prefer. We also have done the princess buffet.

If your family would like the menu at MP and are okay with the price difference, go MP!

We've been to both and enjoyed both, however Monsieur Paul had the edge and that's where we would return. We had a window table, a lovely waiter and delicious food. What more could we ask?

We had an anniversary dinner at Monsieur Paul and loved it! It was quieter than Chefs, but it is still family friendly as there were many families with small children.

Chef's is far more casual in both atmosphere and level of food service.

If your kids are 'foodies', seems like an excellent opportunity to go a bit upscale at the under-attended hidden-gem - Monsieur Paul.

Thanks everyone! I went over the Monsieur Paul menu with my family last night, and everyone liked it. So we will be going there. :)

Excellent choice. There is nothing particularly "French" about Chefs other than its placement in the French Pavilion. It ranks high on my list of "worst value" restaurants given what we paid compared to the overall experience. MP is dining at a whole other level.

That's good to hear. My DH and I weren't particularly impressed by Chefs, but it was a very long time ago, so I wondered if maybe it was better now. We visited Paris last year, and my girls really loved it, so I am hoping this restaurant is a little reminiscent of our trip... although WDW is amazing, but it isn't Paris. :)
