Which one has the best food. If we do dinner we will go early since our kids will be 5 and 27 months.

We love both but if I had to pick I would choose Chefs..love the atmosphere and the food!

Without a doubt, go for Le Cellier if you can get reservations.

I would also suggest Le Cellier. We try to get there every trip.
Have never been to Les Chef's - the menu simply doesn't interest us.
