@samsp99 caught a social media post regarding a new head chef at Chefs de France who comes from a renowned French restaurant in NYC (Per Se, sister to Napa's French Laundry) link
Many of us have had complaints about the decreasing quality at Chefs over the last few years so it seemed this merits its own thread as that was called out as something they heard was now being addressed. If anyone has been in the last week or two or is going over the next couple months, please share your observations! Visually the dishes by the blogger looked the same, but quality and visual are not the same.
I can't imagine this guy was brought in just to improve the quality of what they already have though. Last year a Disney head chef told us new menu items take months of work and lots of people to get from kitchen to the menu so maybe we will even be looking at revamped menu later this year?...
