Chefs de France loses one of its chefs

Gaston Lenotre, one of the most famous chefs in the world and one of the triumverate of chefs who comprised the Chefs de France at Epcot's France pavilion, died Thursday at his home south of Paris. A remembrance.

A true loss in deed.
Must have been spectacular to be at the table with all three at the same time.

We had the honor of meeting Chef Paul and his son, family, grandson during the Bocuse d'Or event this past fall in EPCOT. I am sure they will truely miss their friend.

That is a shame. Le Chefs is one of the finer restaurants at WDW.
