It is NOT worth it!!
We went there in October 2007.
CM who seated us brought back a high chair for DS 2 (JUST turned 2 a few days before at Disney) Said high chair had a broken buckle on the safety strap. We requested another high chair. He said no, DS would be safe because of the safety bar in front. We asked him again to please get us a high chair that was not broken. He flatly refused and left.
We tied DS in to the best of our ability, poor little guy was squeezed to death in there and the nylon straps eventually came loose, so we'd have to retie him in throughout the meal.
Appetizers - YUMMY French Onion Soup
Entrees - Uninspired, boring, flavorless, cold and just not good
Desserts - NOTHING special. I expected way more from France.
Service - Waiter was rude, ignored us for most of the meal. Service was VERY slow. At the end of the meal (around dessert time) he suddenly began to shower attention on us talking about his grandson and how he watches him. He can only afford to do this because of this job and the tips he made there. Wonderful, I love a server fishing for a tip by trying to guilt you into it.
Tables were very close together and it was quite noisy in there.
If we went back I'd just get the soup and then snack my way around Epcot. I'd also be a bigger pest and find a manager if we had a CM like that first guy who refused to get us a high chair that wasn't broken. That was ridiculous!
