Chef's de France GF options?

Thinking of trying Chefs for our upcoming trip, never been there but my Celiac son thinks it sounds good. Has anyone had the GF options there? Do they have a nice variety? Decent food?

I know this is an old post but I would like to know if the OP tried chefs de France and what the outcome was. I've always steered clear, assuming that a rue is the base of so much french cooking. Hard to make a GF rue.

Bump...however I use a gluten free flour blend myself for many sauces and gravies with good success!! If anyone can do it Disney can, they do GF so amazing!

I saw a recent review by Gluten Free in Orlando about her GF experience. They don't have a GF menu and the chef doesn't come out, but the server was knowledgeable. She had a good expereince. Perhaps they have improved because I have read many negative reviews prior to this one. That is why we haven't tried it.
