Chefs de France and allergies?

I think I recall in the past that CdF is not good with allergies - has this changed? It's one of the remaining places that we'd like to try, but haven't - but I've been scared off due to poor allergy reports.

FWIW, our allergies are atypical - latex (dishware needs rewashed) and a variety of tropical fruits; a vegetarian who can't eat mushrooms.

Is this likely to be safe for us? Any other multiple allergenic parties dined here recently?
