Chef TJ still at Trails end?

Thanks. I met him a few years ago and he made a great veggie dinner for me at Ohana. We had our picture taken together. I'm going to DW in Dec and wanted to eat at the restaurant where he's working.

that is great news... now the rest of the story..... We are having dinner at Ohana a few years back. it is our anniversary but we had not told anyone this was our celebration. As the meal was winding down and I was FULL... love those wings.... Out walks the chef and he looks around walks around and comes over to our table. He asked how the meal was and it was great. Dessert was soon to come our way and I was sure I was going to bust. He talked to us a few minutes and asked if we were celebrating anything. We told him it was our anniversary and talked for a few more minutes and said he would be back in a few.... off to the back of house he went and on to the kitchen. Chef T.J. comes out with a special dessert and places it on our table and said Happy Anniversary. Our waitress passes and stops and says Hey you got T.J.s special..... She told us he only does that every so often and he chose us to bring it out to.... We love it and it did top off our night..... I would love to meet him again and just say thank you.......
