We will be in WDW in July. We always arrive the evening before, stay outside of WDW, to do DTD and relax before our vacation. Can we make PS for chef mickeys if we are not staying at WDW yet? I'd like to go there our first night in town, before we check into the BW.

Sure you can!

You don't need to being staying on site to make a PS.

I'm glad you asked that question. I had the same one. Do you know how far in advance you can make reservations and who do you call to do so? I'm brand new to this. Can anyone tell me what the little shortcut things like DD, DTD, PS, etc. mean? And how do you put your countdown on your replies? Thanks.

We are planning on going to WDW October 11-18, 2003. I can't wait. I think I'm more excited than the kids right now. First time for both my boys, 7 and 3.

You can make your priority seating (PS) 120 days in advance for Chef Mickey's and you call 407-WDW-Dine. Here is a link to help you determine when you can make your priority seatings for other restaurants because not all can be made 120 days in advance. http://pscalculator.net/pscalc.shtml

As for the countdown, I dont' remember offhand how to do it, but I believe you can find the instructions on the technical support board.
