I have been trying for a couple of months to get dinner at Chef Mickey's on 8/5. Is it worth it to keep trying? Do these ever really open up? Do we have any chance of a walk-up or should we just move on and enjoy our meal somewhere else?:)

You can always try to call everyday and hope for a cancellation. Others have posted that sometimes spots have opened up, so you won't know unless you keep trying. When it comes to going as a walk-in everyone says it's best to try it when they open, however chances are you would get turned away.

I would keep trying right up until that day...people are also "double booking" reservations and depending on where they are at go to the alternate restaurants. Many people book meals and then pull a "no show"-which is also rude. Best of Luck to you. I hope you get a table!:goodvibes

Keep trying. Also try the Reservation Exchange thread to see if anyone is trading or giving away a CM reservation.
Good luck!

Thanks all! I'll keep trying! We have 3 in our party. We do have other reservations set, but this was the one we couldn't get. If we don't get lucky, there is always next time!

It never hurts to keep trying but to be honest, the dinner we had there was horrible....the worst food but the best character interaction
