Chef Mickeys vs Crystal Palace (Breakfast)

We have had both and we go with Crystal Palace now.

Without having had breakfast at CP (have had dinner at both) I would choose it over breakfast at Chef Mickey's. There are long waits at both restaurants, in my experience, and there are only Gift shops to explore near Chef Mickey's. Also, the chatacters seem less rushed at CP, and food a bit better. I did not enjoy breakfast at Chef Mickey's...it seemed like a "drive-by" Mickey sighting...like paparazzi avoidance....Forgettable. Ironically, lunch (not always offered)at Chef Mickey's was suprisingly relaxed.

Thanks for the reponses, I'm leaning towards CP because it's in MK. It will be nice to have a good breakfast and walk right out into the park.

Try to get reservations before park opens at CP. It is nice to walk down an empty Main St.

Done both. CP any day. YEs, we love the CM characters, but the CP breakfast is amazing.

It really is a no-brainer to do CP before the park opens. There are two major advantages for this. First, you get an empty Main Street for pictures. Second, you get to wait under the castle for the park to open, which means a short stroll to be the first person on Dumbo.

And hey, the food at CP is fantastic for breakfast.
