Chef Mickeys or H&V?

I want to a character meal to meet some of the Mickey/Minnie gang. I have an ADR for Chef Mickeys for the end of our MK day and H&V on our water park/HS day and trying to decide between the two (originally I thought we would do both, but I think with our Tusker House meal later in the week, two is probably sufficient).

Which would you do?

Chef Mickeys would be after a long day in the park at MK (we have a 3 and 7 year old). I think they'll be fine, though.

H&V would be after a morning/early afternoon at BB, then later afternoon at HS. I'm wondering if we're smooshing too much into this day if I add a full sit-down meal? We likely won't make it super late at the parks, so if we don't make it to HS until 3ish, and then have a meal at 6:20, I'm thinking that doesn't leave us a lot of time? We don't have a heck of a lot we want to do - have FP for TSMMM, Frozen Sing-along and Star Tours, and we'd probably want to meet Olaf, but that's about it I think (and we have hoppers so could potentially come back another evening).

My kids love Chef Mickey's, but I prefer their breakfast over their dinner. We also usually do H&V for breakfast and the disney JR characters, although on our next trip we are planning H&V for dinner instead bc we want to see Springtime Minnies dine...Personally I would do whichever you think would be easier. If you think going to Contemporary after a day at MK is easier than do that...if you more than likely won't be arriving in HS til 3ish then there would be a lot of stuff to cram into 3 hours. The Frozen sing a long is about 20 minutes long, getting there 10 minutes early so that takes about 30 minutes, Star Tours even with a FP is a pretty long ride, I believe its about 8 minutes or so for the ride and same thing with TSMM, and who knows how long Olaf's wait time will be or what else you may want to squeeze in while you are there.
