I'm considering one of these for a character breakfast. Which one has the best food? I'm not too concerned about the characters - I like the list for both, so that's not a deciding factor for me.

I really like the buffet at 1900 Park fare better for breaky, the dinner is fabulous as well!

Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare was better. (Also, we couldn't find an omlette station at Chef Mickey's, but there is one at PF).

Hands down, 1900 Pk Fare!! CM's is good for the characters although 1900 Pk Fare is fun too, just not the typical Mickey, Minnie like they have at CMs. The variety of food at Pk Fare is just endless. I just got done posting a review on my dining website about out breakfast there. Tons of photos and reviews, check it out: www.disneydiningreviews.com

Thanks for pointing me to your review! Pictures are always nice! :goodvibes

For all of you 1900 Park Fare lovers.....how does it compare to Crystal Palace.

Another vote for 1900 Park Fare :cool1:! Any buffet here will not disappoint you! Earlier this month, we had breakfast at Chef Mickey's and we were very bummed about the food. My DM and I both commented that from everything we had not one of the food item was hot or even luke warm :sad1: the eggs were very runny and even the Mickey waffles were cold!

We love CP's lunch, very much but when it comes to breakfast for us, 1900 Pk Fare wins hands down! The food variety and freshness definitely tops CP. There was a pancake chef at CP but not only was she miserable and unfriendly but her pancakes were like mini hockey pucks. I'm sure there are many that enjoy this breakfast, we didn't.

1900 Park Fare has the most variety and freshest food (for the most part) of all of the breakfast buffets in WDW. OK, well maybe it doesn't quite compare in "fairness" with the Dolphin's FRESH as most of their main entree foods are actually made to order, so I wouldn't compare it to that...but as far as the character buffets go, definitely Pk Fare wins in our book;)
